| The location: Tooting Bec Road, 4 minutes walk from Tooting Bec Station (Northern Line, Zone 3) and 15 minutes from Balham Rail and Underground Station (Trains - 5 mins to Clapham Junction and 15 minutes to Victoria). 10 minute bus ride up to Clapham Common or Wandsworth Common from right outside the door. Tooting Bec and Balham have lovely pubs, bar, shops and parks.
The house: Sharing with 3 others, 2 males and 1 female. All friendly, fun, professionals.
The house has recently been renovated to a very high standard, all neutral colours, very bright and airy - gorgeous - with all mod cons and powerful shower! Highlights include separate downstairs toilet, laminated flooring, broadband, phone line, free view and large paved garden.
