Description:This house is typical from the north of Brittany in France with strong and visible stones for the walls and the roof is made of slate. It is located between Saint-Malo and Rennes, 6 km from Dinan and close to the sea (18 km). In the house there are 2 big rooms on the first floor including 1 with an old style fitted kitchen and fireplace; on the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separated WC. The third floor was initially the granary of this farm and is now empty.
Apart from this 3 floors house the property includes 3 other buildings (1 floor and 1 hayloft in each) and, also, a very nice small building with a baker’s owen which was used to bake the bread of the farmers and which is in so good condition that it could be used. Despite the fact that these building are partially made of stones and partially made of authentic clay there are in a very good condition with a brand new roof which was completely renewed in 2006. We should not forget the garden with an unobstructed view on the church.
This property is located in the middle of a very small and quiet village with only one small commercial shop but very close to the major shopping centers (6 km). A golf course is being constructed in this small village (less than 1 km).
